JD BUSCH, CEO
JD Busch serves as CEO of Busch Global LLC. He works closely with the leadership teams of our franchisor clients. He represents Busch Global with clients throughout the U.S. JD is focused on delivering excellence, and the highest level of improved performance and profitability for franchisor organizations.
Since 1995, JD has been managing franchise businesses. He was formerly owner and director of Spirit SuperCenters, Inc., with overall management responsibility for the company’s operating results. He successfully navigated the company through many stages of challenging franchising and economic environments, reporting almost a 10-fold growth in 4 years during his tenure.
He also presided over Texadelphia in Houston, TX for 5 years where he gained ample experience in the Restaurant Franchise business.
Since 2007, JD has been regional developer for Massage Heights where he is responsible for overseeing all franchise sells and franchise business for the region. He also owns 6 Massage Heights Locations. He has been named Regional Developer of the Year for 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.
JD represents Busch Global in spearheading new relationships and providing one-on-one consulting in all areas of franchising. In addition, he has a passion for providing valuable outsourcing services, which strategically align with the greatest needs of franchisors. These management tools include: initial consultation, compliance documents and operations manuals, franchise sales services, and franchisee funding and lease negotiations.
JD is Sigma Chi Fraternity Alumni, and sits on the boards of directors of several chambers of commerce and colleges including, the Galleria Chamber, San Jacinto College (Board of Directors for Massage School Program), Lonestar College (Co-Chair of Board of Directors for Massage School Program), Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau.
He is a Speaker at the University of Houston Hilton School Spa Program.
He is a also a Member of IFA and enrolled in CFE “Certified Franchise Executive” Program to graduate in 2014.
