Busch Global is the leading regional developer for two growing franchise brands, Amazing Lash Studio and Massage Heights. We support multiple franchisees in multiple regions across Texas and Florida. We are looking for individuals with a passion for the entrepreneurial spirit to support our locations and to oversee the organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. You will be responsible for inspecting the efficiency of business. The goal is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

All other Roles, Responsibilities and Commitments of Lead position, plus:

  • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Directly supervise and be accountable for all aspects of locations operations
  • Create an environment and culture that is passionate about providing Guest service
  • Oversee all aspects of Area Manager and Manager (Retreat Director and/or Studio Manager) to satisfaction of management and team members
  • Review team members schedules/hours to ensure proper execution of operations
  • Inspect and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of locations
  • Enhance real/perceived value of Brand in current/future Guests by: supporting
  • Mission, Values, Strategies; building the business by conducting necessary marketing activities to add members on an ongoing basis; holding daily calls with Managers; conducting daily, weekly and monthly strategic planning and analysis
  • Motivate/track location sales toward Retreat/Studio and Manager goals
  • Plan, prepare and execute events to promote locations in your area
  • Review and help Managers implement location marketing plans
  • Keep abreast of marketing trends and competitors’ activities
  • Coach Managers to achieve peak performance
  • Help Managers recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train and retain top talent
  • Ensure Managers are capable of and conducting proper training of team members
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Positive, energetic attitude at all times, plus ability to make decisions
  • Strong leadership, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • People-oriented with excellent Guest service and public relations skills
  • Proven experience as multiple unit operations or relevant role
  • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
  • Experience managing hourly wage employees
  • Commitment to high Brand standards/image
  • Demonstrated ability to operate a successful business
  • Minimum five years sales/retail management experience within multi-unit organization, with P&L responsibility
  • Proven track record for achieving sales goals
  • Industry experience and knowledge preferred
  • Availability to work varied hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.
  • Experience training, coaching and in conflict resolution a plus
  • Working knowledge of standard software and technology
