Busch Global is the leading regional developer for two growing franchise brands, Amazing Lash Studio and Massage Heights. We support multiple franchisees in multiple regions across Texas and Florida. Franchise Business Consultant
The Franchise Business Consultant is the first line of support for our Franchise owners. This position is responsible for helping support and improve the performance of a group of franchisees. The Franchise Business Consultant possesses a passion for education to help the owner realize maximum return on their investment.

The key areas of responsibility include:

  • Respect the Franchisee owners as business owners, supporting their individual business goals
  • Protect and promote the brands and ensure Brand image standards
  • Act as conduit and liaison between guests, franchisees and corporate in capturing best practices to continually enhance the operating system
  • Use consultative process and approach in communicating with franchisees and maintain regular communication
  • Gather all measurements of a unit and provide feedback/report to franchisees on a quarterly basis
  • Help franchisees set targets and hold them accountable – Consult / Manage / Coach / Franchisees to get them to do what they need to do to increase revenue and profitability
  • Track all measurements, reports, and consulting meetings and store on internal system
  • Communicate and implement changes to standards, policies and contracts with franchisees and follow up on all issues within the franchisee contract
  • Monitor and guide franchisees in the process of opening a new location
  • Provide franchisees with appropriate coaching, training, education and development tools
  • Responsible for the communication / training and follow up of all new product and process roll-outs in their region
  • Provide hands-on training for new store openings and during store visits

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in field support with a franchise organization
  • Travel is required (some overnight)
  • Experienced in ensuring operational effectiveness for multi-unit organizations through training, coaching and conflict resolution
  • Ability to read and interpret financial statements
  • Possess analytical skills
  • Ideal experience in franchise with a services focused solution
  • Strong consultative skills, with a history of working in a consultative function
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task, have strong organization skills, and be detail minded
  • Positive, energetic attitude at all times
  • Respect for and understanding of the entrepreneurial spirit
